Refund Policy

Notice: This policy governs the refund conditions for our digital products. Mandatory rights under Alberta and Canadian law apply.

1. Digital Delivery Rule

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to detailed mathematical solutions, all sales and subscriptions are final and generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account dashboard via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle and cannot be refunded.

3. Exceptions & Mandatory Law

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing a purchased solution. These policies do not exclude any mandatory rights you may have under local law.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company (chargeback) without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.
