1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and using MechForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

MechForge offers monthly subscriptions that auto-renew upfront. Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe. Unused access credits expire at the end of the current billing period and do not roll over. If you change your plan selections, they take effect on the next renewal date.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

Because the service provides immediate digital access to solutions, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where mandated by local law. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support, your access will be immediately revoked. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Usage Limitations

When you open a detailed solution, it consumes a credit. Deliberate reopens count as a new access. Technical retries or failed generations do not consume credits. You may not scrape, scrape, or systematically download the content of this platform.

5. Educational Use Only

MechForge is strictly an educational tool. It is not professional engineering advice. We assume no liability for the physical, structural, or mechanical safety of real-world objects built using our calculations. Please see our Educational Disclaimer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. We do not claim worldwide compliance or guaranteed legal protection in other jurisdictions.
